Simbloc is a building system that is designed to construct floors or roofs.
This system allows the user to form structural beams every 40 cm with the specially designed block.
The construction of floors or roofs with the 10 cm Simbloc provides spans of 2 to 3 meters and 15 cm Simbloc provides for a clear span between 3 and 4 meters.
The system saves on the cost of construction by reducing the dead load of the floor / roof, the steel and forming material required for this construction, and the labor required for installation.
The system provides a ceiling that is grooved and will require less material for plastering.
The system is engineered to provide a high degree of strength for all applications.
